We process your personal data as the controller, which means that we determine how personal data will be processed, for what purpose, for how long, and we select potential additional processors who assist us with the processing.

We declare that, as the controller of your personal data, we comply with all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR, namely that:

We process the following personal data:

  1. Identification data, in particular name and surname, personal identification number, for the purpose of assistance with wedding documentation;

  2. Contact data, such as email address, phone number, residential address, and your social media contact;

  3. Order data, especially data about services ordered from us, payments including bank account numbers, and complaint data;

  4. Review data, meaning information you provide in references on our website and photographs you attach to reviews;

  5. Website behavior data, including browsing via our mobile application, viewed services, clicked links, website navigation, scrolling behavior, and device data such as IP address, derived location, device identification, operating system and version, screen resolution, browser type and version, and data obtained from cookies and similar technologies;

  6. Email behavior data, such as message opening times and device data used to read messages (IP address, location, device identification, operating system, screen resolution, browser, cookies);

  7. Derived data, meaning personal data derived from your settings, ordered services, website behavior, and email behavior, particularly gender, age, purchasing behavior, and service-related preferences.

V. Sources of Personal Data

  1. In most cases, we process personal data provided by you when ordering services or communicating with us.

  2. We also obtain personal data directly from you by monitoring your behavior on our website and when reading messages. We may also receive personal data from third parties, for example if someone orders our services for you as a gift.

  3. Photographic documentation and references

    • We use your photographs, videos, or written references only with your consent and only until such consent is withdrawn. You may withdraw consent at any time via our contact details.

    • The wedding client is obliged to inform guests that visual or audiovisual recordings are being made at the event.

  4. We retain your personal data for the duration of statutory limitation periods, unless the law requires a longer retention period or otherwise stated.

VI. Cookies

Our website can be browsed using cookies, which allow the collection of personal data.

When browsing our website, we record your IP address, the duration of your visit, and the website from which you arrived. We consider the use of cookies for website traffic measurement and website customization to be our legitimate interest, as it allows us to offer better services.

Cookies for targeted advertising are processed only with your consent.

You may also browse our website in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. Cookies can be disabled on your computer.

VII. Scope and Purpose of Personal Data Processing

We process personal data provided by you for the following purposes:

1. Provision of Services and Contract Performance

We require personal data such as email, name, surname, address, business ID and VAT ID (if applicable), bank account number, and phone number to fulfill contracts and deliver ordered services.

  • For individual clients, data is processed to fulfill orders and contracts.

  • For representatives of legal entities, data is processed based on our legitimate interest in contract performance.

Data is used to:

  • Communicate about orders/contracts;

  • Process payments (data may be shared with accounting partners);

  • Handle service delivery and complaints (data may be shared with service providers).

Communication data (email, chat tools, social media) is processed for request handling, record-keeping, proof of fulfillment, and service quality improvement.

Data is retained for 1 year after the end of service provision. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

2. Accounting

Personal data is processed to comply with legal obligations related to invoicing and accounting records.

3. Marketing – Informational Emails

  • If you are our customer, we process your email and name for direct marketing based on legitimate interest.

  • If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your data based on your consent until it is withdrawn.

You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email.

We protect personal data using modern technologies appropriate to the level of technical development and treat them as our own. Measures include:
